It is intended for panel-mount installation on equipment where local program execution, status visualization, and direct I/O handling are required without a separate industrial PC.
Visual feedback is delivered by a black-and-white LCD screen with a luminance of 150 cd/m². The display measures 5.7 in diagonally and renders operator screens in QVGA (320 x 240 pixels) resolution, which is suitable for alarm lists, status pages, and numeric setpoints on compact machinery. Ten digital inputs and eight digital outputs are wired directly to the board, which reduces the need for extra hardware in basic control tasks. The Power Panel executes ladder or structured text instructions in 0.4 µs, so response to field events remains consistent during normal operation. Application code resides in 1.4 MB of FlashPROM, while dynamic variables are stored in 700 KB of battery-backed SRAM.
