Product Description:
The control panel 4SIM.10-01 is developed by B & R Automation with a 7-segment, 14 mm character height display. Its graphical screen display connects via POWERLINK and it has four illuminated ring keys with colors of yellow, red and green. This panel incorporates two selector switches, two potentiometers and one rotary for adjustable parameterization in control systems.
The 4SIM.10-01 control panel is powered by a voltage source of 24VDC, within a 25% limit of tolerance. Its supported maximum inrush current is 20 A for less than 1 ms and a nominal power of 42 W is consumed by the panel components. This panel is built with a plastic housing and an aluminum front frame. The front panel is gray in color and the overlay is made of polyester while a flat gasket surrounds the display for protection. The 4SIM control panel is rated with an IP20 degree of protection per EN 60529 and it favors operating temperatures ranging from 0 to +40°C, at an elevation up to 3000 meters. It can be stored or transported in temperatures between -20 to +70°C and its relative humidity during operation ranges from 5 to 85%, without condensation while for storage and transport, the humidity acceptance level exceeds up to 90%.
The 4SIM.10-01 control panel possess a compact physical dimension of 153 mm width, 120 mm height, 66 mm depth and carries a mass of 0.57 kg. It supports standard mounting bezels of 2 × 2 and its combination of features makes it a versatile option for control and display solutions in industrial automation. The 4SIM control panel is CE certified and it comes with built-in safety protocols to handle short-circuit as well as over-voltage scenarios.
