The 0PS3050.1 power supply module from B&R Automation is engineered to provide industrial automation systems with consistent power. The unit is well-suited for integration into control consoles and aligns with international safety and performance standards. The 0PS3050.1 is equipped with a green LED display that is activated when the output voltage reaches 21.5 VDC. It accommodates input connections that are either flexible or inflexible, with a range of 0.2 to 2.5 mm^2 or 24 to 14 AWG. The shock resistance is equivalent to IEC 60068-2-27, withstanding a force of 30 g in all directions. The insulation voltage between the input and output is 4 kV AC for type tests and 2 kV AC for routine tests. Input voltage to ground insulation is 2 kV AC for both test categories. Vibration resistance is certified under IEC 60068-2-6 with an amplitude of ~2.5 mm below 15 Hz and 2.3 g from 15 to 150 Hz over a 90-minute period. The device functions in environments that are classified as pollution degree 2 in accordance with the EN 50178 standards
Because it has screw terminal links, the 0PS3050.1 power supply module is easier to put together, and the contacts last longer. The supply module' climate group is 3K3 according to EN 60721. Strong material strength and good insulation are built into the product so that it can meet the highest running standards. The module meets international standards and is safe from overvoltage and leaks. For flexible types, wire sleeves are needed because the output end can handle wires from 0.2 mm^2 to 2.5 mm^2, or 16 AWG to 12 AWG.
