The EK1101-0008 from Beckhoff Automation is an EtherCAT coupler. The bus coupler comes with an M8 connection and an ID switch. This product is one of the several such couplers from the manufacturer in the EK1100 series. It is equipped with two M8 sockets that offer compatibility with the ones on the EtherCAT box modules or terminals with EtherCAT networks.
