The CX5120-0175 purpose-built computer offers flexibility in terms of usage. This embedded PC can be used in different applications, such as CNC machinery, PLC automation, robotics, and code-based applications. The TwinCAT 3 runtime (XAR) control software offers dynamic application support, visualization capabilities, and basic TwinCAT 2 functionalities. This industrial PC is supported by a Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2019 64-bit operating system. The 2019 LTSC option offers 10-year security updates, keeping all connected devices safe from malware threats. Windows 10 IoT Enterprise supports a wide range of Intel processors, including the Intel Atom E3815 processor, which is one of the basic components of this PC. The single-core processor has 0.5 Mb cache memory and a processing speed of 1.46 GHz.

This embedded PC by Beckhoff features multiple interfaces. There are two ethernet ports, four USB 2.0 ports, one DVI port, and an optional interface for connecting I/O devices.
