The 106-4203-12E0 is a part of the DC super mini servo motor design from Sanyo Denki. This product is equipped with a small housing size; however, it still maintains a high torque efficiency. The enclosure of this motor is square, and it is covered in a varnish that provides reliable protection against corrosive liquids. During operation, this industrial motor is able to reach a speed of approximately 3000 revolutions per minute; it is equipped with an encoder with an accuracy level of about 200 pulses per revolution. The high resolution of the integrated encoder helps the motor to maintain a high accuracy while operating at a high speed; it also maintains a relatively low inertial. The housing shaft of the 106-4203-12E0 is made from strong metal; it is a flat shaft that is able to reliably provide efficient transmission of torque from the motor to machine components.
The nominal rated voltage of this product is about 50 volts; it can also be configured to produce a power output as high as 8 kilowatts during operation. There are two major cable requirements for the 106-4203-12E0 motor design: the power cable and the motor feedback cable. These cables are connected to the motor through the connectors integrated at the back of its housing unit.
