Product Description:

The PYRA1111001 Servo Amplifier is manufactured by Sanyo Denki under the BL Super PY series. It is designed for precision motion control applications and offers a compact. This amplifier supports various control modes and includes several built in safety and functional features.

The PYRA1111001 servo amplifier enables position, speed and torque control which can be switched during operation. It supports pulse train and analog input interfaces and works with ABS-R II and ABS-E type sensors. It features a regenerative processing circuit and a built in regenerative resistor. In case of excessive load, an external resistor may be connected. This unit also includes a dynamic brake that activates when the main power is cut and it can function during alarm states. An electric gear function allows feed changes without mechanical gear adjustments. The separation of control power and main circuit power function of this servo amplifier ensures safety. During an alarm or emergency stop, only the main circuit power is cut while the control power remains active that allows for continued diagnostics and alarm output. A holding brake excitation timing output is also included in this model for enhanced operational safety and motor control reliability. This servo amplifier features a compact rectangular housing with multiple terminal connectors for input/output and communication.

This The PYRA1111001 servo amplifier features integrated auto tuning for optimized control loop parameters and support for remote operation via fieldbus or serial communication. It includes internal velocity command generation for stand alone operation and advanced vibration suppression algorithms using notch and low pass filters. This amplifier also incorporates inrush current limiting to prevent power on surge and supports dynamic switching between torque, speed and position control modes.
