Product Description:

The 20BA100FFW81 Servo Amplifier offers reliable performance for automation systems. It supports multiple control modes with feedback compatibility and integrates safety and thermal protection features. This unit ensures stable motor control across industrial applications.

This 20BA100FFW81 servo amplifier supports position, speed and torque control modes that provides operational flexibility. It accepts 3 phase AC input through R, S and T terminals with a voltage range of 200 – 240 V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. Motor output is delivered as 3 phase AC via U, V and W terminals. Encoder feedback is supported through both incremental and absolute types. This amplifier features include overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit and overtemperature safeguards. DIP switches (three toggles) are provided for quick configuration. Signal conditioning is managed via resistor capacitor arrays and green terminal blocks. This amplifier integrates opto isolators to ensure input/output signal protection and relays are used for signal switching. This amplifier uses a transformer (Model: YK-3719GC) to provide control power or electrical isolation. Electrolytic capacitors are integrated to support voltage filtering and current smoothing. The cooling fan (SANYO DENKI 109S080) integrated in this model runs on 24 V DC and ensures thermal management during extended operation. Two D-Sub blue connectors serve as the primary interface—one for encoder feedback and another for analog or digital signal input.

This Sanyo Denki 20BA100FFW81 servo amplifier includes screw type terminal blocks for durable I/O wire connections. This amplifier's protection system prevents faults by detecting abnormal voltage, current and temperature levels. The microcontroller system of this model coordinates internal functions while managing motor commands. This servo amplifier delivers efficient high precision motor control with layered electrical protection and robust feedback integration.
