The part number E4809-770-032-2 is a relay board from Okuma that, besides featuring switches and relays, offer real-time controlling for onboard relay channels. A relay board has a basic purpose of maintaining control on the voltage supply, and it also serves as a communication port for multiple input-output devices. 

The E4809-770-032-1 relay board offers opto-isolators to isolate output controls and control signals. Then there are software-based tools for writing batch files as well as LEDs that work as visual indicators.
