The servo amplifier is installed with a mainboard that receives the position command data in real time. An SVP board is also provided with this model that can receive the position command data as position command value for each of the axes. The SVP board forms the backbone of the servo amplifier system and serves to control the position, speed, and torque with a high degree of efficiency. The BL-MH201E-20SB motor is provided power from the current command signals that are amplified by using the servo amplifier.

The servo amplifier system is provided with an inbuilt position encoder system. The position encoder system is used for feeding the feedback signals to the SVP board. This model can be installed in a wide variety of ambient conditions. It can easily sustain exposure to shock and can resist vibrations up to 0.5G. This model is constructed using an IGBT converter, a circuit protector, a terminal block, a radiator plate, a power board, and other components.
