The PSR3-208/50-06-003 power module offers advanced regeneration and filtering features. The power transistor of this module handles regeneration effectively while large filter capacitors manage DC bus stability. The heat sink assembly integrates key components such as resistive load regeneration, rectifier packs and a 1.5 amp AGC fuse rated for 115 VAC. The rectifier packs of this model contribute to efficient AC to DC conversion. The heat sink ensures efficient heat dissipation during high load operations. The fuse is essential for protecting the circuit from overcurrent conditions. The internal power resistor of this module has a resistance of 7.5 ohms while the external resistor offers 4.5 ohms for additional control flexibility. The housing of this power supply module is equipped with mounting brackets for cabinet or DIN rail installations. This module is rated for an input voltage range of 100 – 240 V AC and provides a DC output voltage in the range of 12 V to 24 V.
This PSR Servo Power Supplies unit has a current rating of 50 amps. This module incorporates an axial cooling fan at the base for forced air cooling as well as a passive heat sink with integrated fins for additional heat dissipation. The enclosure of the model also includes slotted ventilation grilles to ensure proper airflow. The top section of this module houses a screw type terminal block with multiple ports for input, ground and output connections. When wiring this power supply module to the system, ensure the external current limit input is tied to the common connection to maintain optimal motor torque. Otherwise, torque is limited to one third of its peak rating which impacts system performance.
