The BH-122-A-63 is a high-power servo motor that comes with the high-energy neodymium iron boron magnets. The motor is recognized by UL and is CE compliant. This model comes with class H insulation and is designed to sustain temperatures up to 180 ᵒC. Because of excellent thermal design, this model can provide a remarkable continuous torque throughout its torque range. This model has a peak stall torque of 2.4 Nm and a 0.70 Nm continuous torque can be extracted at its shaft’s end. With a 120 mH inductance, the BH-122-A-63 has a 3.6 A current at peak torque. For protecting against accidents and overheating failure, the model has been provided with an in-built thermostat. The thermostat monitors the motor’s temperature in real-time.

The BH-122-A-63 has been designed for high inertia and high load applications despite its compact dimensions. The motor's neodymium-iron-boron magnets produce a very high energy density and allow the motor to maintain a high torque to volume ratio. This model is ideal for the high-speed reciprocating motion because its rotor's inertia has been kept low. The BH-122-A-63 has a 0.56 Nm continuous rated torque and can operate at a maximum speed of 6000 rpm. This allows the motor to achieve highly accurate positioning because positional errors because of cogging torque are eliminated.
