The 131B4216 is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 102 HVAC Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency mains power into a regulated output that allows fan and pump speeds to be adjusted for ventilation and chilled-water loops. The unit is intended for cabinet mounting in mechanical rooms where the available space and ambient conditions are suitable for an IP20 chassis-style enclosure. Its variable-speed output can reduce unnecessary energy use when connected equipment operates below maximum demand.
The drive accepts a three-phase input voltage of 380–480 VAC, making it compatible with common industrial power networks. Under a steady-state load, it supplies a continuous motor current of 13 A, while brief load peaks of up to 14.3 A can be delivered without derating. Its rated shaft power is 5.5 kW, which is suitable for medium-tonnage air-handling units and booster pumps.
