Product Description

The VT-VSPA2-50-10/T5 is a valve amplifier designed by highly trained engineers of the reputable Bosch Rexroth Indramat company. This valve amplifier is designed according to international quality and safety standards, it is suitable for controller proportional pressure control valves, and pilot operated directional valves (type .WRZ, from series 7X) without electrical position feedback. The valve amplifier features four command values tat can be adjusted by means of potentiometers, it also features command value call-ups with LED indicator lamp. The differential input of this servo amplifier can be switched over to current input. The valve amplifier also features an enable input with LED indicator lamp. A reverse polarity protection is also provided for voltage supply. The amplifier is intended to be used as an integral components of industrial machines and should be protected from external interference at all times. The operating voltage required by this valve amplifier is about 24Volts, however the valve amplifier can also function with an input voltage as small as 18 volts, or as high as 35 volts. The current consumed by this amplifier during operation is less than 1.2 amperes, also the amplifier consumes power that is less than 30 volts per ampere. An exchangeable fuse is integrated into the valve amplifier, the fuse has a rating of 2.5 amperes. At an operating temperature of 20 degree Celsius, this valve amplifier maintains a response voltage of 16.8 volts, and a release voltage of 2.4Volts. The coil resistance of the amplifier is 2120 ohms, while the ramp time falls between 30 milliseconds to 1 seconds. The permissible ambient temperature for this valve amplifier falls between 0 to about 50 degree Celsius, the amplifier also has a total weight of 0.13kg.

Q: Can the VT-VSPA2-50-10/T5 be repaired?

A: Yes. Faulty VT-VSPA2-50-10/T5 amplifier can be sent to wake industrial for repair. Repair operation is completed in 10 days.

Q: What is the proper way to install the VT-VSPA2-50-10/T5 amplifier card?

A: The VT-VSPA2-50-10/T5 amplifier card should only be plugged or unplugged when disconnecetd from the power supply.

Q: How is the command value voltage applied to the VT-VSPA2-50-10/T5 amplifier?

A: The command value voltage can be applied directly through a regulated ą9 volt voltages of the power supply unit or via an external command value potentiometer.

Q: What the the LEDs H1 to H4 on the VSPA2-50-10/T5 do?

A: The LEDs H1 to H4 indicates wth command value is currently being called up in the applifier. If more than one command value is called up the input with highest number has priority.

Q: How does the VSPA2-50-10/T5 amplifier card respond to faults?

A: In the event of a fault, the output stage of the VSPA2-50-10/T5 amplifer are immediately deenergised and the message "Ready for operation" is reset. After the fault is eliminated, the amplifier card is immediately ready for operation.
