Product Description
The VT-VSPA1-1-F10 Valve Amplifier is intended for use with direct and pilot operated proportional pressure valves that do not feature electrical position feedback. The Amplifier fits Type VT 3002-1-2X/32D single cardholders without power supply units. The unit operates between 0° and 50°C temperature range. The H2 LED illuminates and the Ready-for-Operation output signal is displayed when there is no cable break or short circuit of the solenoid conductor and the output stage has no overload. If there is a fault, the LED will either turn off or keep flashing depending on whether itis a short circuit or a cable break.
The Rexroth Bosch Group Valve Amplifier has a 1.8A maximum current consumption and 24VDC operating voltage with 22V as the lower limit and 35V as the upper limit. The solenoid features 800mA or 1600mA maximum current rating based on the S17 DIL switch setting. The Amplifier establishes connectivity using a 32-pole multipoint male connector and a front plate. The front plate has 3 TE width on the component side. The unit is mounted on a Euro-card according to DIN specifications.
In the solenoid valve of the Amplifier, the clocked actual current value functions in the form of a constant current that has been superimposed with a dither signal. The Amplifier must always be kept away from radios, aerial lines, and radar systems by a minimum distance of 1m. Solenoid conductors with less than or equal to 50m length must be shielded using the LiYCY 1.5mm2 line type. The solenoids must not be connected with connectors that encompass LED displays or free-wheeling diodes. When the differential input of the Valve Amplifier is put to use, both command value inputs must always be connected or disconnected simultaneously. Doubling the maximum output current will cause the setting range also to be doubled and the pilot current gets set accordingly.
