Product Description
Bosch Rexroth Indramat's VT 2013-S-16/E Proportional Amplifier is designed to provide accurate control and excellent performance in a range of industrial automation applications. The amplifier's ability to reliably operate and efficiently manage power makes it an ideal choice for control systems that demand precise and constant output.
Two types of bridge rectifiers, one for full bridge operation and one for three-phase operation are compatible with the VT 2013-S-16/E proportional amplifier. A supply voltage of 24Veff ± 10% is necessary for the full bridge rectifier, but the three-phase bridge rectifier can function within a voltage range of 24V-35Veff. The amplifier uses a 2.5A fuse wire for circuit protection and requires 30VA of power. An input with a potential of 0 to 9 volts or a differential of 0 to 10 volts can supply the control voltage. In order for the amplifier to work correctly, the control voltage must have a minimum load resistance of 500Ω. With a maximum load resistance of 10Ω, the amplifier is capable of producing an output current of up to 1600mA. A pilot current of 100 mA is available, and an oscillation current of 200 mA (RMS) at 200 Hz is available. The amplifier has a temperature drift of 1.6mA/°C and operates between 0 and 45°C.
Two important features for optimizing performance are provided by the VT 2013-S-16/E proportional amplifier is a control voltage input with a minimum load resistance of 500Ω and a maximum output current of 1600mA. To ensure the amplifier satisfies high-reliability criteria, these features are critical for stable operation and accurate performance in demanding applications. Applications requiring great performance in a variety of environments might benefit from the amplifier's precision control. By optimizing process control through the conversion of input signals into proportionate output, the amplifier improves system performance.
