Product Description
The VT 2010 S47/2 Proportional amplifier is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for accurate control of hydraulic systems. Providing effective control over ramp-up and ramp-down speeds, it modifies output in response to input signals.
A nominal output level, knobs to alter ramping values, and red buttons toggle settings or reset are all visible on the VT 2010 S47/2 proportional amplifier's user-friendly front panel. The ramp-up and ramp-down indicators show the current state of the output in real time. The printed circuit board (PCB) of the amplifier houses the signal-processing components, such as transistors, capacitors, and resistors. To prevent damage from power surges, protection circuits use fuse holders. Capacitors help in power filtering and stabilization, while several integrated circuits manage the signal processing. The PCB complies with DIN industry requirements and has a battery, which could be used as a memory backup. The differential signals that can be received by command value inputs range from 0 to 10 V or from 4 to 20 mA, depending on the case. There are a number of connectors and routes that allow the amplifier to communicate with other systems.
The VT 2010 S47/2 amplifier can handle voltages between +40% and -5% and uses up to 50 VA at 1.8 A. It has a tolerance range of 24 VDC. The up and down ramp times can be adjusted from 30 ms to 1 s or 5 s, respectively, based on the setting. The user can choose between four different clock frequencies—100, 200, 300, or 370 Hz—in this amplifier. Furthermore, a 9 V output that is accurate to within ±1% can provide up to 25 mA. In order to provide feedback on the operational condition, the amplifier also has a "Ready for Operation" signal. This amplifier is frequently utilized in applications requiring consistent signal processing, such as industrial automation.
