The VT 2000-K-44/2 Proportional Amplifier Card is an electronic control module designed for precise regulation of proportional solenoid valves. It operates on a 24 VDC supply with an allowable variation of + 40 % to – 5 %. Its compact Euro card dimensions of 100 x 160 mm enable seamless integration into standard control systems.

The Bosch Rexroth Indramat VT 2000-K-44/2 amplifier card supports an input voltage range of 22 V to 35 V and has a power consumption of less than 25 VA. It features a current consumption below 1 A and includes a 2.5 A T fuse for protection. This unit employs a 32-pin male connector (DIN 41 612, form D) for secure interfacing. The output stage of this card delivers a maximum solenoid current of 800 mA with a tolerance of + 10 % to – 5 % and a resistance of 19.5 Ω at 20 °C. The biasing current is adjustable from 0 mA to 300 mA using an onboard potentiometer (Zw R130). Clock frequency options of 100 Hz or 200 Hz can be selected via jumper S2 each with a ± 10 % variation. The regulated voltage output is ± 9 V with ± 1 % accuracy and an external load capacity of 25 mA. Measuring sockets provide command value inputs from 0 to 6 V with a resistance of 1 kΩ while the actual current value output ranges from 0 to 800 mA.

The VT 2000-K-44/2 amplifier card includes a separate command value input of 0 to + 9 V that ensures compatibility with various control systems. A ramp generator allows independent adjustment of up and down ramps for precise control of valve operation.
