The IPC40.2G4A-512N-P8C-ND-NN-FW is a revolutionary automation product manufactured by the internationally renowned Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This product is an industrial PC unit that is intended to function together with a Rexroth display unit to form a quick response operator terminal suited for industrial production and processing machines. The unit can also be configured to function as a control device in the servo system. This PC unit is an IP00 device that requires installation in a control cabinet; the display to be used with it does not have to be directly mounted on it; it can be installed at a length of up to 30 meters away from the PC unit. Although the VDP display unit is particularly compatible with this device, it can be equipped with a GIGABIT interface to allow the connection of operator panels that belong BF or BTT product series.
The IPC40.2G4A-512N-P8C-ND-NN-FW is supplied with a Pentium III processor with a minimum operating frequency of 933 Megahertz. It also contains an integrated graphic controller with a maximum video memory of about 8 megabytes.
