The TDM 2.1-030-300-W1-220/S102 Bosch Rexroth servo drive module is intended to be used for medium and low power ranges. This product is widely deployed in the packaging and automotive industries. The device is characterized by a rugged design. The operation of the device must be stopped in an emergency-OFF situation. It encompasses an LED diagnostic display on the front panel. The stored fault messages can be cleared using the reset key. The inbuilt fan of the module has a rated connection voltage of 220V and a frequency ranging between 50Hz and 60Hz. The unit is generally made to function as a variable-speed drive when used in NC machine tools.

This servo drive module supports the reduction of torque for application-specific functions. The product generates a three-phase system from the link circuit DC voltage. This system is then applied to the connected MAC servomotor based on the desired speed and current rotor position. The device can be operated at controlled speed by applying an analog setpoint voltage across the differential input after applying the mains voltage and the drive amplifiers are in the ready state. The analog setpoint voltage is directly proportional to the motor speed. The module is accompanied by one-year warranty backing from Wake Industrial.
