Product Description

The TDM 1.2-100-300-W1-115/S102 TDM series servo drive module from Bosch Rexroth gets cooled by forced ventilation during operation. The module features an X5 terminal strip for user outputs and inputs. This strip has a maximum lined up voltage of +/-15V. There should be no high-frequency equipment operating near the device when the drive is in operation and the control cabinet is open. The product must not have any power connection when the MOD programming module is being replaced. The module has three BLC LEDs that light up in green and indicate the position of the rotor. All the three LEDs remain OFF if the feedback cable has a fault or if the motor connection is faulty.

The servo drive module is highly versatile and embraces a rugged design. This product has a typical current rating of 100A. The device has a link circuit rated voltage of 300VDC. It uses a 0.630A/250E type fuse. The module has a custom design code of S102. The inbuilt fan of the unit has a rated connection voltage of 115VAC and a frequency of 50/60Hz. The Bb LED is illuminated in green when the drive is ready to start functioning and the product is in working status. It is OFF when there is a fault or when there is no power voltage. This LED keeps flashing when there is no power voltage and there is a problem with the drive.

The product is operated along with select servomotors in the MAC series from the same manufacturer. The device functions as a control unit in three-phase servo drive systems. The module produces a three-phase system from the DC link circuit voltage. This system is controlled according to phase, frequency, and amplitude. The unit uses a plug-in MOD programming module to match it to the motor type. The servo drive module can be dispatched to any address with a warranty period of one year.
