The model is specially designed for high accuracy servo applications in NC machine tools for metal machining and woodworking. The TDM servo drive module is designed to operate at the rated current of 30 A, and it uses the phenomena of natural convection for cooling purposes. The drive undergoes a power loss of 160 W while operating at the continuous current. The model comes in a modular design having a net weight of 9 kg and it is protected by IP10 protection class, therefore, it should be installed in the control cabinet. The drive should be installed as close as possible to the power supply module for better performance.

The model TDM 1.2-030-300-W0/S100 can operate ideally between the ambient temperature ranges of +5 to +45 degree Celsius and it can be installed at the maximum altitude of 1000 meters above sea level. The TDM servo drive module is a part of a three-phase servo drive system and it is suitable to use with MAC 71 to MAC 160 motors.
