The RS51.1-4G-024-S-NN-FW is a rapid response drive controller that is characterized by its high performance and ability to function in various external environments. This model has been produced for the speed and position control applications while using induction and synchronous motors. This model can facilitate parameterization and also assists in the automatic identification of the attached motor. This drive controller is provided by a state of the art user panel that can’t be attached or removed when required. The operating panel provided with the drive control system assists the commissioning of the drive controller by providing prompts when required. The drive system has a flexible configuration and can be used with different types of extension modules. The RS51.1-4G-024-S-NN-FW can function in the regenerative mode owing to supply modules that can be attached with the system (wired into the system) or can be ordered as separate parts. This model is designed in accordance with the EN standards and is immune to noise. Since the drive controller has inbuilt interference suppression filters, the electromagnetic disturbance is not an issue. The interference suppression filters function by suppressing only those harmonics that are fed back in the supply line and cause electromagnetic interference. Using various interfacing options like RS232, CANbus, Interbus, and Profibus, the system’s monitoring and control are significantly improved. This model can be used with either a DC supply or an AC supply. To improve system parameterization, the RDwin software is also available with this drive controller.
