This RD 52.2 series of frequency converters are part of Rexroth Indramat's line of advanced industrial automation products, which also includes a variety of other products. This series includes the RD52.2-4B-018-L-A2-FW/S133, a three-phase drive system that can be used for various applications. It is designed to work with both synchronous and induction motors. The RD 500 drive systems are generally defined by their adaptability to a variety of applications. It has a motor output of 18.5 kW, a current rating of 35 A, and a rated output power of 23 kVA at a 4 kHz pulse frequency. At this PWM frequency, the RD52.2-4B-018-L-A2-FW/S133 produces a peak power of 30 kVA per 60 s.

In addition, it has a motor output of 15 kW, a current rating of 30 A, and a rated output power of 20 kVA at an 8 kHz pulse frequency.
