Product Description

 The RD52.1-4B-315-F-VW-FW is a state-of-the-art, universal three-phase drive controller system for various synchronous and induction motors designed by Rexroth Indramat for application in: chemical and process technology, machine tools, hoist and Conveyor technology, handling and assembly systems, and packing and foodstuff machines. It is a modified model designed to be highly user friendly, using a PC with the high-performance RDwin software package and it  is immune to noise in conformance with EN 50082-2.

  The RD52.1-4B-315-F-VW-FW uses a conductive plate which is implemented with an associated higher degree of protection where the heat sink extends outside the cabinet. In addition, it has liquid cooling with either integrated heat exchangers. The drive control units are designed to control electric motors and to monitor their operation. It makes use of the peer-to-peer coupling or Synchrolink for fast communication between several drives, and has additional signal processor (32-bit floating point) for high-dynamic performance applications, including servo applications.   Having a 170 percent overload capability for 1 second, it draws a maximum power of 315kilowatts from the 24volts standby power external and has a nominal connecting voltage of 380 – 480 volts.

The RD52.1-4B-315-F-VW-FW has a freely-assignable characteristic, also various interfaces, which can be used to control, monitor and parameterize the drive system. Its discharged battery must not be re-activated by heating or other methods to avoid danger of explosion and corrosion. The drive controller system has a maximum ambient temperature during transport, storage and operation of 40 degree Celsius  and any temperature above this would lead loss of efficiency. This product can be shipped globally with a one year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
