The RD52.1-4B-055-L-NN-NN-NN-FW is an intelligent drive control system that can be integrated with different models of synchronous and induction motors. The drive system is designed with a modular hardware and software configuration that allows easy adaptation to different drive tasks. There are various AC drive converter components with this system. In addition, there is a rectifier, inverters for DC supply, and supply modules built into this device. The supply modules used in this drive controller are capable of regenerative braking. The supply modules can be completely wired with the control cabinet or can be individually purchased as separate components. This model comes with power sections at the rear to support efficient cooling. This model uses the forced cooling mechanism. The drive controller has a rated power of 55 kW.

The RD52.1-4B-055-L-NN-NN-NN-FW can be used with an operator panel. A parameter monitor is also available that supports commissioning. The monitor also displays the existing voltage and frequency and also has a fault memory that can save up to 10 recent faults. By using the RDwin PC user interface, it is possible to parameterize RD 52 unit. The RS 485 and RS 232 serial interfaces are also available as standard logic interfaces on this device. Optionally, other interfaces like the Sercos, CAN bus, Profibus DP, and Interbus S can be used with this system.
