Product Description

The RD51.1-5N-030-D-DF-FW drive control offered by Bosch Rexroth has a tricolor LED that indicates its operating status. This LED lights up in red, yellow or green based on the operating status. The product commissioning is to be done only after ensuring that the power and control terminals are connected as specified. The device should feature a proper connection to all its busbars and cables. The unit is cooled by a plug-through cooler. It acts as a converter with a nominal connecting voltage of 3 x 500VAC with a tolerance level of +/-10%. The control parameters can be reset to the factory setting due to incorrect parameters.

The product depicts “Start Inhibit” on its display if a fault is encountered during operation and it is acknowledged. The main contactor shuts down when there is a fault so that its power section gets turned OFF. The unit operation must be performed only by personnel trained and qualified to do so.  It can have high electric voltage due to incorrect connections. The product has a climatic category of 3K3 as per DIN IEC 721-3-3 specifications. Its chopper has a minimum resistance of 7 Ohms and a continuous power of 23kW. The control features a cooling air requirement of 0.2m³/s. The drive used with the device must be started only after ensuring the emergency stop switch is in working condition.
