The RAC 2.3-150-380-AP0-W1 is a RAC 2 series main spindle drive controller from Bosch Rexroth. This product controls Indramat spindle motors. These motors find application in CNC machine tools. The product offers broad speed range and an internal position control loop. The internal position control loop can position the spindle to a very high resolution of 1/4,000,000 revolutions. The product comes with a mains contactor and an emergency stop switch. The emergency stop switch can function even in the event of a power failure.

The RAC 2.3-150-380-AP0-W1 can only be operated up to a maximum ambient temperature of 45 degrees C. To maintain the temperature within this range, a cooling device can be installed inside the control cabinet. The control cabinet must be carefully planned while installing this product. Please refer to the documentation of this manual for correct planning and installation. This particular RAC-2 controller offers IP 10 class protection according to EN 60 529 standards.

This product has a design code of 03 in the RAC 2 series of main spindle drive controllers. It must be operated at a system frequency of 50-60 Hz.
