The RAC 2.2-200-460-APD-W1 model can take connection directly from 3 phase supply with 3 × 400 V, 50 Hz, ±15% or 3 × 460 V, 60 Hz, ±10%. The drive controller provides a continuous output of 55 kW and continuous regeneration output of 37 kW at the continuous current of 300 A. The drive controller delivers continuous power with high speed which makes it suitable for controlling CNC spindle drive while performing extremely precise C-axis operations. Analog speed set point of ±10 V is used for connections in this model. The RAC drive controller can operate ideally within the temperature range of +5 to +45 ͦC with the maximum bearable ambient temperature of +55 ͦC. The maximum altitude on which the controller can work ideally is 1000 meters above the sea level and the efficiency of the drive controller will decrease with the further increase in altitude.

The model RAC 2.2-200-460-APD-W1 comes with the protection class of IP 10 which protects it against solid particles that are greater than 50 mm but cannot protect it from liquid and dust particles. The control cabinet and fan are protected with IP 54 and IP 24 protection category. The combined weight of the controller along with its mounting and accessories is approx. 125 kg. Spindle feedback is connected to the internal position controller by additional encoder input and a 16-bit parallel additional interference is used as an input for digital position set-points to dial 3600 positions using the PLC controller.
