The Bosch PST6250.336-L is a thyristor power unit with Interbus interface. It is part of PST 6250 product range which is produced for connection of welding transformers. The power units are used for resistance welding of metals and can be used only for industrial applications that comply with DIN EN 50082-2 / 50081-2 on EMC. Bosch strongly recommends that the thyristor power supplies be only used for their intended purpose. Reliable operation of the PST6250.336-L is dependent upon proper storage, transport and installation. To prevent pacemaker malfunction, persons fitted with pacemakers must not be allowed to come into the vicinity of operating thyristor power supplies. Protection rating of the power units is IP 20 and these power units must be installed in industrial cabinets with IP 54 rating. The PST6250.336-L is an air cooled device and 100 millimeters of spacing must be provided at top and bottom sides for smooth air flow.

Weight of the PST6250.336-L is 12.5 kg and its housing dimensions are 463 x 280 x 239 millimeters. The power unit can be mounted vertically or with the back of the unit fixed to a mounting plate.
