The Bosch PST6100.323-L is a thyristor power unit developed for use in resistance welding of metals. It can be used to operate welding transformers. The power unit is suitable for use in industrial environments which comply with DIN EN 50082-2 and 50081-2. Power units which are part of PST 6100 series can be used with welding transformers with up to 76 kVA power rating. The PST6100.323-L has been developed and tested in compliance with safety requirements of EU machine directive. It does not pose any danger to personnel or equipment if it is used in accordance with manufacturer safety guidelines. Persons fitted with pacemakers should not go in the vicinity of the PST6100.323-L. The power unit should only be operated by technical personnel with special training with welding skills

The PST6100.323-L is an air cooled power unit with integrated monitoring and control function. It requires 400 to 600 Volts AC input for operation and is rated for 130 Amps current output. Weld time CPU on the PST6100.323-L is rated for 24 Volts DC input. Electrical supply is provided to the power unit through a terminal box. Overvoltage protection on the power unit is provided through a MOV (metal oxide varistor). IP 20 rated enclosure of the PST6100.323-L weighs 12.5 kilograms and measures 463 x 280 x 239 millimeters. The unit can be mounted in vertical orientation. It can also be mounted with its back on a suitably sized mounting plate. Recommended ambient operating conditions for the unit are up to 2000 meters elevation and 0 to 55 degrees Celsius temperature. Permitted relative humidity depends on ambient temperature and should not exceed 40% at 50 degrees Celsius. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
