The PST6100.210-L thyristor power unit belongs to the PST 6100 series of power units designed by Bosch. It is used for alternating current resistance welding. It has control functionality which is separated from monitoring functionality. It has a compact enclosure with a thyristor power unit and a weld timer. It provides programmable weld times and a variety of welding modes. The humidity class of the PST6100.210-L module is class F as per DIN 40040. It provides Fieldbus interfaces for communication. This thyristor power unit is used to control the welding transformer. It optimizes the welding quality with its advanced functionalities. Its integrated diagnostic facilities ensure error-free operation. The overload conditions of the module can be detected by its thermostatic switch.       

The PST6100.210-L thyristor power unit provides IP 54 protection when it is installed in the switchgear cabinet. Its system component integration ensures less cabling requirement. The maximum load of the thyristor unit depends on the maximum welding transformer size. It is recommended to install the module vertically. After installation, the cover of the battery can be opened without any problem. The mounting position of the PST6100.210-L module is vertical or with its back on the mounting plate. It is recommended to leave 100 millimeters of minimum clearance at the top and bottom of the power unit.
