The PST6100.144-L is a thyristor power unit from Bosch. It comes with an integrated control functionality, Fieldbus interfaces for communication, flexible parallel/serial interfaces, and less cabling requirement. This power unit can be combined with the weld timer and welding transformer to build the AC welding system. It consists of the welding timer and the power unit in a single compact enclosure. The ambient temperature of the PST6100.144-L thyristor power unit is 55 degrees Celsius. Its monitoring functionality is a separate functionality from control functions. The front panel of the module consists of the mains supply connection, welding transformer connection, slots for type-specific I/O interface, and battery compartment. It provides integrated regulation and monitoring facilities.  

The PST6100.144-L thyristor power unit is a 2-phase power module designed for recessed mounting. It has a thermostatic switch that signals the overload condition of the power unit to the weld timer. It provides an integrated I/O field to exchange discrete signals. It also provides PC software for user-friendly operation and monitoring. The integrated temperature monitoring is provided with this PST6100.144-L power unit. Its various monitoring functions ensure high operational reliability. The installation clearance of 100 millimeters must leave at the top and the bottom of the module. This module is compatible to use with programmable logic controllers and robot controllers.
