The MSS200C-050-A1N-NN is a liquid-cooled stator segment produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MSS Synchronous IndraDyn H Motors series. In automated machinery, this component forms the electromagnetic core of a motor. When assembled with the rotor and feedback hardware, it converts drive current into torque and supports high-density servo performance in presses, extruders, and other continuous-duty axes.

With an overall length of 235 mm, the segment fits compact frames while providing a 220 f7 outside diameter at the cooling jacket. During rated operation, it dissipates a nominal power loss of 2.5 kW. This heat is removed by an internal channel that accepts a coolant flow of 10 L/min through an R1/2 threaded port. The closed circuit can operate at pressures up to 5 bar, and the stator produces a pressure drop of only 0.1 bar, which keeps pump requirements modest. The jacket holds 0.5 L of coolant to help buffer thermal transients during changes in motor load. An M6 threaded connection provides grounding for the stator assembly. A 22 mm diameter cable entry routes power conductors to the winding. The smaller 217 f7 register diameter supports a snug interference fit when the stator is inserted into the motor housing.

The stator weighs 20.0 kg, providing sufficient mass for vibration damping without making installation impractical. It is secured by 8 × M5 axial mounting threads, while an aligned 4 mm diameter mounting-pin hole prevents rotation under peak torque. The supply lead has a length of 1500 mm, providing enough reach for routing to the applicable drive connections. The cable supports a minimum bend radius of 90 mm, allowing it to be routed through compact cabinets without excessive bending. Liquid-cooling connections, the grounding point, and the mounting features remain accessible when the stator is installed in a compatible housing.
