The MKE118D-027-PG3-KE6 synchronous motor can be used in hazardous areas with the appropriate drive system. This Bosch Rexroth motor is connected using cables with 17mm to 19.5mm diameter. The product comprises a brushless design that renders maintenance-free operation. It has high overload capability as there is favorable heat dissipation between the exterior motor housing wall and the stator windings. The unit is associated with 027 winding code. The hardware components of this motor are not supposed to be altered structurally. The product is not meant to be used when there is extreme temperature fluctuation.
