Product Description:
The MKE118D-027-PG0-KE4 synchronous motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth comes equipped with protective covers and caps on its flange sockets and output shaft. The motor must be transported only in horizontal orientation. The product is designed for flange assembly. This device is fitted to the flange using M12x40 type screws with 87Nm tightening torque. There should be no pinching or jamming of the unit on the centering collar. It is preferable to connect the motor using the manufacturer’s cables that have extreme resistance and load capability. The product must at all times be worked on only by skilled personnel after disconnecting and securing it against restart.
This motor is equipped with a keyway shaft that encompasses a shaft sealing ring. The shaft is designed as per DIN 6885-1 specifications. The device has 5.7mH winding inductivity. The terminal box for the electrical connection is connected on top of the unit. The product uses cables with 13mm to 16mm diameter for the connection. The device comes with the SUP-M01-MKE118 accessory kit required for its connection. The unit features high electric voltage during operation.
