The MKE118D-027-AG0-KE4 servo motor is a state-of-the-art industrial synchronous motor produced by Rexroth Indramat to generate kinetic energy required by industrial machines for production operations.  It produces high-speed, non-stop rotational movements with a rotor velocity of 3,000 radii-per-minute. This motor also cuts down on maintenance costs by using an electric commutated, brushless design and well grease-lubricated bearings, both of which maintain its internal environment and minimize internal dust production, resulting from the wearing of the brushes. Its housing is designed for its performance in explosive areas, mines, chemical plants, etc.

The MKE118D-027-AG0-KE4 servo motor uses rotor windings with a low resistance of 0.210 ohms, which conducts a continuous standstill current of 29.8 amperes for an optimum operation. Its electric cables are passed through the top and are 13 to 16 millimetres. The windings have an inductivity of 3.20 milli-Henry. This servo motor has a high-capacity output shaft, sealed with a ring to prevent oil leakage and prevent the influx of water from the outer environment.

The MKE118D-027-AG0-KE4 synchronous servo motor operates with a low inertia mass, using a standstill current input of 29.8 Ampere to generate a high frequency and an optical encoder of high resolution and revolution with system accuracy ±20 to transmit the positional information of the shaft and correcting it to the desired position. It has ease of use and can be installed in any required position and altitude above sea level up to 1000 meters. Before switching on, the equipment, the grounding conductor must have been permanently connected to all-electric components electric shock or serious injury.
