The MKE047B-144-GG1-BENN is a new generation industrial motor produced by Rexroth Indramat to provide kinetic energy for industrial applications with high operational requirements. This motor is a highly sophisticated device designed according to the IP65 protection class, is covered with a prime black coat that is resistant against the penetration of dilute acid, alkalis, hydraulic oil, and seawater. The  MKE047B-144-GG1-BENN also features a compact design, thus it can be easily transported and installed into the industrial servo system. This motor is specifically suitable for potentially explosive areas, to protect the efficiency of the motor, the operator must ensure it is produced according to the operating conditions stated in the motor’s user manual. This motor can be ordered in two major designs; the “Design E” which meets the European standard and the “Design U” which is produced according to the American quality standard. Operators can order any of these motor designs depending on the location the motor is to be operated.

The MKE047B-144-GG1-BENN contains a steel shaft that is integrated with special grease-lubricated bearings designed to reduce frictional force during the operation of the motor. A terminal box through which the motor and power cable enters the motor is also integrated into the motor’s housing unit. The motor is designed with a holding brake which helps to hold the load connected to the shaft in place when the motor is at standstill.
