Manufactured by Indramat Bosch Rexroth, the MKD112B-024-GP1-AN is a top-deck futuristic synchronous motor from the MKD series. The motor is used in application fields such as machine tools, processing, and packaging. Not only is this motor futuristic, but it provides you cost-effective automation

It is made up of special magnet materials which allow a low inertia mass design for optimal results. Furthermore, its electrical communication ability ensures an uninterrupted flow of data to the drive controller. Moreover, it comes with an integrated encoder system that not only controls the position and speed of the motor but informs the drive controller of the motor’s position. The MKD112B-024-GP1-AN houses several stellar features such as a 112 frame size, a motor length that allows 28.0Nm continuous torque at standstill, a resolver motor feedback and an output shaft with keyway which is coupled with a sealing ring for maximum output yet zero leakage.

This MKD motor also boasts of a holding brake which is released upon applying a voltage of 24VDC (+/_ 10%). This holding brake allows optimal clamping of the servo axis when the motor is in its de-energized state. Its mechanical parameters include a maximum speed of 4,000rpm and a lightweight mass of about 23kgs. The motor should be operated at a maximum height above sea level of 1000m and its permissible ambient temp falls between 0 and 40 degrees.
