Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is an industrial leader when it comes to critical mechanical components such as motors, power drives, hydraulics, castings etc. Through its innovative engineering operations, Bosch Rexroth has gained a name as the hub of groundbreaking automation technologies that are shaping crucial industries throughout the world. Synchronous motors are fabricated using state of the art manufacturing facilities where quality and standardization is prioritized. A strict testing code is followed and each motor only reaches the market if it meets the performance and safety criteria set by Bosch Rexroth. These synchronous motors are very compatible with modern driver technologies and are perfect for feedback-based setups.
The MKD090B-035-GP0-KN synchronous motor is a product that comes in 3 variants, each one offering a different power/torque output. The naturally air cooled, insulated, 60K variant has a rated torque of 7.2 Nm while its close counterpart; the non-insulated, 100K version has 10.2 Nm of torque to offer. The more advanced surface cooled variant, for both the 60K and 100K motor over-temperatures, boasts an impressive rated torque of 15 Nm. All three of these variants have a rated speed of 3,000 RPM and weigh 14.0 Kg, which makes them pretty quiet and convenient to handle.
The MKD090B-035-GP0-KN has a resolver feedback unit that determines the motor shaft’s exact angle through relative positioning. This enables the controller to exercise its closed-loop algorithm. The drive shaft also features a keyway entry per the DIN 6885-1 standard. This is accompanied by a shaft sealing ring that guarantees smooth running and efficient power delivery.
