Product Description

The MKD071B-024-KP0-KN uses accepted electric connections, linked via various connectors like the power connector and the signal connector. The power connector has the power connections for the encoder system, the temperature sensor, and the holding brake.  Bosch Rexroth manufactures the AC servo motor with the following characteristics: An IP65 protection category for mounting in any orientation, brushless design for maintenance-free operations, and high operational reliability. The MKD motor uses an air sealant to reduce overpressure inside the motor shafts. The air sealant is used instead of the motor flange socket cover. Using a tight air seal also restrains lubricants and liquids from penetrating the servo motor. Before mounting the motor flange, confirm that the O-rings sit on flange socket covers and the air connector is free from dust or other soluble particles. The servo motor is used in the following applications: Automation and handling, packaging and food-processing machines, and Printing and paper-processing machines.

The servo motor is used with planetary gears to increase the motor torque and enhance the system responsiveness. The Planetary gearings can either be from the GTS or GTP gear series. The GTS and GTE planetary gears have a flange design and direct overhang mounting pinions for easy attachment to the machine. The gears are characterized by the following; Low-maintenance operation due to self-lubrication.and n IP 65 degree of protection that allows for use of the gears under adverse environmental conditions.   The MKD motor is supplied with an optional axial or radial blower. The blower units work independently, and its components like the cables and protective circuit breakers are not part of the servo motor accessories.The MKD071B-024-KP0-KN can beused in Ambient Temperature of 0 ºC up to +45 ºC. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
