The MAD130D-0150-SA-N0-EG0-05-N1 is a MAD asynchronous motor designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It features a squirrel-cage rotor with a moment of inertia of 0.1640000 kgm2 and low maintenance requirements since it has no slips or brushes that wear out with time. This rotor also ensures the motor’s energy-efficient operation by reducing energy losses, leading to the generation of an optimal amount of mechanical energy. The MAD motor uses a plain output shaft with a shaft sealing ring to achieve a non-positive, non-floating shaft-hub connection and provide smooth running. Its sealing ring is designed in line with DIN 3760 - design A and prevents fluid from entering the motor through the shaft. As a result, it is suitable for use in industrial environments and moist rooms.

Built to reach high speeds, the MAD130D-0150-SA-N0-EG0-05-N1 can attain a maximum speed of 7,500 revolutions per minute. It has two pole pairs and a thermal time constant of 30.0 minutes. It has no integrated motor encoder nor a holding brake. However, it features standard bearings consisting of deep-groove ball bearings.
