The MAD130D-0150-SA-M2-EH0-05-N1 is a model of the asynchronous MAD motors designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It features a squirrel-cage rotor notable for its mechanical strength and ability to withstand high mechanical stresses. These high-efficiency rotors also require minimal maintenance, making the motor suitable for low-maintenance applications. The MAD motor’s integrated encoder system is a multi-turn absolute encoder with the EnDat 2.1 interface. It has a data memory that stores the motor’s relevant parameters, accelerating its startup by setting them as it comes on. This encoder generates sine/cosine signals (1 Vss) with 2,048 periods per revolution and absolute period assignment within 4,096 revolutions. The motor’s maximum speed is 7,500 revolutions per minute.

Based on its frame shape, the MAD130D-0150-SA-M2-EH0-05-N1 permits flange mounting. Its housing is painted with a black paint that protects it from the effects of diluted acids, lyes, water, seawater, and sewage. This paint also offers some resistance against hydraulic oil and organic solvents. There are standard-type bearings in the MAD model consisting of deep groove ball bearings. They have a mechanical service life of 30,000 operating hours and absorb low to medium radial and axial forces.
