The MAD130B-0100-SA-M2-AH0-05-A1 is an asynchronous motor manufactured by Rexroth Bosch Indramat. It is part of the IndraDyn A-line, which is designed to be utilized as a servo drive and spindle motor. Bosch Rexroth motors are tested and evaluated according to EN 60034-1 standards. The asynchronous motor from the MAD series has a specific length (B) and size (130). The rated torque is 31 Nm, and the speed is 1000 rpm in the case of the standard 0100 type of winding.

The MAD version uses connected axial fan units to cool the motor by forcing air across its surface. In axial cooling, the airflow direction is parallel to the shaft's surface. Axial cooling is ideal for forceful and focused cooling of large surface areas. The multiturn absolute encoder has a resolution of 2048 counts per revolution. It provides precise information about the position of the shaft using the EnDat 2.1 interface. The encoder uses 1 Vppsignal to represent the position of the shaft.  The multiturn encoder can determine the exact position of the shaft even after completing multiple rotations.

The shaft is plain without a sealing ring. The rotation of the shaft cannot be stopped instantaneously as there is no holding brake. Flange mounting is used to attach the equipment securely to a flat surface. Motors with a shaft seal provide IP 65 protection and safety on the flange side. This shaft seal remains intact only when splashed with water. The IndraDyn motor has standard class vibration R and is balanced according to DIN ISO 2373 guidelines and standards.
