The IndraDrive Mi platform of Bosch Rexroth brings you the best industrial solution for controlling and monitoring industrial motors. The “KMS02.1B-A018-P-D7-ET-ENH-NN-TO-FW” is a near-motor servo-drive decentralized invertor with control electronics and an adaptable firmware. The near-motor servo-driver supports both synchronous and asynchronous motors and can be used with rotary as well as linear motors. The default cooling mechanism of the drive is surface heat sink and natural convection method. Depending on application, size and thermal load the thermal interface for cold-plate assembly is provided in addition to the standard convection cooling method. The drive control is perfect for different Bosch Rexroth servo motors as well as other third-party motors complying with the KMS02.1B-A018 servo driver specifications. The IndraDrive KMS near-motor driver is best suitable for use with servo motors in a wide range of industrial application like paper manufacturing, food processing, textile and wood processing industry.

The electronics of KMS02.1B-A018-P-D7-ET-ENH-NN-TO-FW servo drive consists of control and power section. The nominal bus-voltage of near-motor driver is 750VDC. Moreover the driver supports an absolute continuous current of 6Amp with maximum rating of 18Amp as per standard specifications. Aimed at variety of automation environments and applications, the driver has multi-Ethernet support for control communication.  The driver supports Hiperface encoder interface. With Ethernet support, this state-of-the- art near-motor driver let you connect to various control and visualization platforms. This specific model of servo-motor driver module does not offer embedded safety like, safe Torque off (STO) and Safe Motion (S3) technology. The customized hybrid cable provides the ease to connect multiple near-motor servo drives and provides the media for power and communication.
