The HVR series HVR02.2-W025N/S202 is a line 2, design 2 power supply with continuous power rating of 25 kilowatts. It is designed for operation with a regulated DC bus voltage which ensures that drive dynamics do not drop with under-voltage conditions. The supply accepts three-phase input and can accommodate 380 to 480 Volts input voltage at 50 / 60 Hertz. Input transformers may be required between the mains supply and the HVR module if the AC input does not fall within the range recommended by Bosch Rexroth. The HVR02.2-W025N/S202 is intended for use with DIAX 04 control systems. A single HVR power supply unit can provide power to multiple HDD and HDS series drive controllers installed in the same DIAX 04 chassis. Therefore, a single connection to the mains AC supply is required for each DIAX 04 chassis which contains a HVR power supply unit.

The HVR02.2-W025N/S202 comes with the capability of generative triple output for drive acceleration. The DC bus output can go up to 60 kilowatts for 3 seconds and to 75 kilowatts for 0.3 seconds.
