Product Description

The Rexroth HVR02.2-W025N/S201 is a power supply module. It is installed in DIAX 04 systems and provides power to multiple drive controllers installed in the same chassis. HVR series supplies such as the HVR02.2-W025N/S201 operate with regulated DC power. The value of voltage on DC bus is 750 Volts. The supply is designed for connection to AC mains with 3-phase supply at 380 to 480 Volts AC with 10% allowed tolerance. The AC mains should have frequencies ranging from 48 to 62 Hertz. The HVR02.2-W025N/S201 is a line 2, design 2 HVR series power module with 25 kilowatts nominal power rating. The supple provides 75 kilowatts output power for a period of 0.3 seconds. The DC bus short-time power rating is 60 kilowatts for 3 seconds. Bleeder on the supply is rated for 25 kilowatts continuous regenerative power and 75 kilowatts peak regenerative power.

Maximum level of regenerated energy on the HVR02.2-W025N/S201 is 80 kilowatts. Specifications for the supple DC bus include maximum 20 millifarad capacity for external connections and 1.2 millifarad nominal internal capacity.
