The HVR series HVR02.2-W010N/S203 is a power supply unit designed for Bosch DIAX 04 control systems. It is designed for connection to 3-phase AC input at 380 to 480 Volts AC without the need for transformers. Features of HVR power supplies include high DC bus voltage which allows compact unit size with high performance, integrated contactor for supply shut down, supply of regenerated energy into mains with minimal loss, adaptability to requirements, regulated DC bus voltage which ensures that drive dynamics are maintained at undervoltage conditions, generation of triple output for drive acceleration, motor braking by supply DC bus dynamic brake in event of drive malfunction, capability to provide power supply to multiple drive controllers and integrated alphanumeric display for status monitoring. Nominal rated power of the HVR02.2-W010N/S203 is 10 kilowatts.

The HVR02.2-W010N/S203 is designed for air cooling and comes with built-in blower. The recommended ambient temperature range for power supply operation is from 41 to 113 degrees Fahrenheit. Beyond this range the supply can operate with derating up to 131 degrees Fahrenheit, beyond which the operation of the supply can lead to malfunction due to overheating. If the HVR02.2-W010N/S203 is being transported or is being stored for a long duration of time the ambient temperature should be maintained between -30 and 185 degrees Fahrenheit. The HVR02.2-W010N/S203 contains sensitive electrolytic capacitors and therefore should be operated for at least one hour once a year when it is stored for extended durations. During this operation the DC bus voltage must be applied. Installation of the HVR02.2-W010N/S203 is not recommended at altitudes exceeding 3300 feet as is leads to output derating. The supply can be installed at altitudes of up to 13200 feet with derating. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
