The HMF01.1N-N0K1-M0480-N-690-NNNN model represents the modern technology of Rexroth Indramat. The model is mainly designed to reduce the rise of the output voltage of the drive controller and also to reduce the leakage currents of the motor lines. The HMF motor filter takes electrical power from the 3-phase AC 0 – 690 V power source and the operating frequency of the unit is 0 – 100 Hz. The model should only be connected to the output side of the converter in connection to the motor. For high operational reliability, the filter must only be operated together with the drive converter specified by the supplier. For better understanding, order the instruction manual in your native language. The HMF motor filter must be mounted into the switch cabinet of minimum IP54 ingress protection and the surrounding air should be free from dust particles and reactive elements. The overload capacity of the unit is 150% for 60 seconds. To allow sufficient cooling, install the motor filter in the vertical direction. The filter consists of three single-phase chokes that are connected to each phase of the motor.

The model HMF01.1N-N0K1-M0480-N-690-NNNN should only be operated with the HCS04.2E-W0520 and HCS04.2E-W0640 drives. The model operates at the rated voltage of 480 A.
