The DMD01.1-W082N ACservodrive is used with the IndramatMMDservomotor. The servomotor has an output power rating of 750W, a speed of 3000rpm and a voltage rating of 230V. The drive must not be stored or installed in places prone to shock and vibrations or areas where inflammable and corrosive gases are generated. The device tends to produce heat when the motor is operated. It can cause an abnormal increase in temperature in the sealed control-box in which it is used. The inside of the servodrive must never be touched. The servodrive can be shipped globally with a warranty period of oneyear.
The servodrive may render an error operation if there is high external noise or if high static electricity is applied. The color of the motor output terminal of the driver should be the same as the lead wire of the motor. If the driver is surrounded by an electromagnetic contractor, a surge absorption circuit must be inserted to avoid error operation in the brake coil. The drive will get damaged if the terminal control outputs have 50mA or 24VDC rating. It supports installing a rotary encoder with 2500P/r in the motor.
The DMD01.1-W082N should not be kept in a place where there is metal powder, grinding fluid splash, oil or dust. It must also be kept away from heating elements like large wire-wound resistors and heaters. The temperature around the driver fora distance of 5cm should not exceed the maximum ambient temperature. The dynamic brake of the DMD01.1-W082N is activated during the decelerating operation if the CW-run limit or CCW-run limit inputs are opened at the CW or CCW rotation respectively. The power supply input present outside the driver must be cut off during inspection, wiring or movement.
